This year, I have the honor of being one of the featured speakers at Florida DrupalCamp (February 23 to 25, 2024.) I will be speaking about the opportunity of open source.
I have been spending the month of May cleaning out my basement office. I have found a treasure trove of old papers and random things bringing up memories and other thoughts. Just like my last blog post on an organization's values and the culture it creates. This time I found two legal pads which had my notes and planning for my first Drupal Meetup talk and first came session.
MidCamp 2018 has come and gone. This was the regional Drupal camp's fifth year, and my fourth time attending (missed year one ?). The amazing group of organizers behind the conference makes it one of my favorites. MidCamp is a human first event -- everything is about accessibility.
DrupalCamp London is coming around the corner! If you have the chance to go, I highly recommend it. The organizers put on a top-notch event. Last year I had the privilege of giving my first keynote at the conference.
Five years ago I went to my second Drupal Camp and first Drupal Camp that I presented at. It has been four years, but I am finally going back to Florida Drupal Camp. I am pretty excited, as a lot has changed since then.
DrupalCamp London is, according to various sources and rumors, the biggest camp in Europe. It comes up in size next to BADCamp and DrupalCamp Mumbai, coming in the 400 to 600 attendee range. That is quite a feat, and I am honored to have gotten to experience this DrupalCamp.
