If you've been a user of Simplytest, I've just completed a round of maintenance, and everything should be up and running again. The service must have been spamming the Drupal.org APIs and caused itself to get blocked. I've worked with the DA team, and now Simplytest can make API requests again to get project and release data.

Things have been pretty quiet on the Simplytest front. But I want to bring a fresh round of changes that will make it an easier project to maintain. 

Earlier this year, in early March, I started doing live development on my Twitch channel. I wanted to try a different way to maintain my own projects and contribute to others.

I wanted to take the time to write about an initiative taken by AmyJune Hineline. AmyJune is the Open Source Community Ambassador for Kanopi Studios. She has taken upon herself to work with Drupal camps and make sure they have a Contribution Day sponsor tiers and that a portion of that sponsorship goes to community tools. Through her work, SimplyTest.me and ContribKanban have received funding to ensure they have maintenance and feature development.
