Flagship Theme is a robust WordPress theme framework for WordPress developers. I work in both Drupal and WordPress and love features from both - in fact I wish there was some hybrid love-child of the two. Flagship Theme is my attempt to break theme building workflows found in Drupal to WordPress, specifically what I've found useful in Omega Theme. Flagship Theme features configurable zones to make building your template simple and removing time spent on editing template files. Flagship also extends WordPress widgets to include custom CSS classes and widget filtering. Oh, and you can export Flagship child theme setups into a JSON config file. That way your theme's design can be migrated and packaged. It's a work in progress and I'm hoping to push an official beta release sometime this fall.
