Drupal Commerce: Now your Point of Sale

Over the weekend a new module for Drupal Commerce came out - Commerce Point of Sale. This is an extremely exciting release and brings a whole new front for Drupal Commerce. In previous work clients who want to move to the arena of e-commerce already have an existing point of sale system, or use their current providers horrid cookie cutter web software. With the affordability of tablets a company could easily save thousands by using their online commerce system as their point of sale system. One system, less paperwork. The module is still in alpha, which means it has a long way to go. This is still an amazing push forward for Drupal Commerce.
